Anrica is the second largest city in the Greater Holsord region. It is the birthplace of Sordish nationalism. The fire of the Revolution of 1859 first burned here, when, led by Egmund Norsord many Sordish citizens rebelled against the Renan Aristocracy and formed the Kingdom of Sordland.

Its famous for its beautiful architecture, cuisine and culture. Many national or international tourists visit to drink Honrig (Mead), eat Telram (Sausage Roll) and enjoy the Ilsin Folk Dance. Visitors highly recommend listening to the Artisans of Anrica band that plays traditional music with handmade instruments called the Obval.

Luckily, the city never faced destruction which makes it one of the few places where people can observe architectural examples of the Markian era. Structures like the Hall of Warriors or the Temple of Martyrs still stand. The H-1 Highway and the L-1 Railway passing through the city gives it high accessibility and economic opportunities. Because of its important position in between the three largest cities in Sordland, dozens of the logistical companies have massive depots in Anrica, housing a nearly two thousand strong truck fleet. These carry goods to Holsord, Lachaven and Deyr.

Some kind of a rivalry exists between the city of Gelsord and Anrica, which both cities fight out with their football teams. The lake next to the city serves as a near perfect camping area where campers are allowed to go fishing.
