Alfred Kcirbuk
Alfred Kcirbuk is a Sordish film director, producer and screenwriter. He is one of the most influential Sordish directors of the decade, and the only Sordish director to ever be nominated for the prestigious Motion Picture Awards in Arcasia.
While in his twenties, Kcirbuk directed a number of stage productions for the state theaters, including an adaptation of the famous โUngurโ with an entirely Bludish cast. His first film was โResident Karl,โ a controversial movie with socio political commentary on Sordland, which is consistently ranked the greatest Sordish film ever made. It was later banned in Sordland by Tarquin Soll in 1940.
By 1945, Kcirbuk was a filmmaker of international importance, with several of his films being screened in various other countries. He wrote and directed famous movies such as โRebekaโ, โA Touch of Satanโ and โEyes Wide Open.โ
In 1953, his film โThe Sordish Dreamโ was nominated for the best foreign film in the Arcasian Motion Picture Awards.
