Rico Toras

Rico Toras is the son of Hugo Toras, nephew of the late King Valero Toras and cousin of King Romus Toras. He currently holds the title of Reigning Duke of Iza.

He grew up in Iza, where he attended the city's most prestigious educational institutions before taking a seat on the local council in 1943. He was almost expelled a number of times over his ultra-nationalist stance and often outrageous public comments, including a famously controversial speech in which he promised to "cleanse the stain" from the royal bloodline. He stayed on thanks to the influence of his father, who extended the Duke title to him upon leaving for the capital in 1948.

He is known to tolerate and even encourage the activities of nationalist organization Su Omina, though his exact ties to the group are unknown.
