Plavo

Plavo, a small riverside town in the Rizian province of Cardesse-Montaklar, lies to the northeast of the city of Montaklar and falls under the governance of House Azaro. The golden dome of the Archsanctuary dominates Plavo's skyline, a landmark that showcase the town's religious nature and draws pilgrims and religious scholars from across Rizia, who pray at the sacred site and delve into its rich archive of religious texts. The Archsanctuary is the final resting place of Caelus the Devout, a disciple who is credited with spreading the teachings of St. Wruhec throughout the kingdom. The economic development of Plavo benefited immensly from the Second Rizian Gold Rush.
