Lucita Azaro

Lucita Azaro is Rizia's Royal Councilor of War and Internal Security, as well as the Duchess of Montaklar and the highest-ranking member of House Azaro. She is the daughter of General Taddeus Azaro, and the niece of the late duke Domus Azaro IV.

She has said that her uncle's untimely death in the 1926 uprising motivated her to join the military as soon as she could. She enrolled in the Camp Domus military academy at just 16 years old, quickly working her way up to the rank of Sergeant First Class. Following the abdication of Ferran's son, she took over as ruler of Montaklar, where she used her experience to severely crack down on crime and terrorism in the region's cities.

When her father suffered a stroke in 1949, she installed a proxy in Montaklar in order to serve as interim war councilor.
