Dwight Walker is an Arcasian politician and businessman who currently serves as the President of the Republic of Arcasia. He is famed for the implementation of the Walker Plan to rebuild the economy of the Merkopan nations and the establishment of the Arcasian Treaty Organization (ATO.)
Walker was born into a wealthy political family in Ventrie City, Arcasia. He studied international affairs before joining the Arcasian Naval Forces to fight for the democracies of East Merkopa during the Century of Revolutions. After the war, Walker was elected to the Arcasian House of Representatives as a member of the Democracy Party.
He is regarded to be one of the most popular presidents who ever came to be elected, especially for his economic policies in Arcasia, which elevated a huge portion of the population out of poverty.
