Zpana

1min

Zpana is a picturesque settlement that sits along the banks of Brenas’ Zpana River, from which it derives its name. This charming town is known for its rich history and strategic importance, primarily due to its location on this vital waterway.

Founded during the Markian Empire, it served as a trading post between the cities of Iza and Porte Drazon. Over the centuries, the town grew, with its economy anchored in river-based trade and fishing.

Despite its growth and modernization, Zpana has managed to preserve its historical charm and natural beauty. The river's banks are dotted with lush greenery and parks, while the buildings along the waterfront display a mix of Rizian, Brena and Mousser architecture. Recreational boating has become a recent draw, with numerous river cruises between Zpana and Iza departing daily.
