Skinner Cartel

The infamous Skinner Cartel has received it's name from their old methods of skinning their enemies alive. They are mostly operating in the Bergia and Nargis regions and have indulged in black market arms trade since the 1910's.

The Skinner's haven't been getting along well with the Koranelli Cartel due to a conflict of interest in their criminal networks. However when it comes to avoiding the police both cooperate whenever they can to survive the day.
