Nargis
Nargis shares its borders with Agnland, Gelsland, Bergia, and Greater Holsord, as well as the neighboring country of Rumburg. Lachaven, known commonly as "The Gateway" is the economic nerve center of Sordland, serves as the regional capital and contributes significantly to the region's population density and economic output. The economy of Nargis pulses with vitality, largely credited to Lachaven's role as a trade hub. Despite the robust economy, Nargis features expansive tracts of undeveloped land, the largest of such areas across Sordland. The region also boasts significant reserves of oil and other untapped natural resources, thus relying heavily on the oil and natural gas sectors, as well as agriculture and tourism. Gasom Corporation, a key player in the region, bolsters its economic profile with significant operations. Geographically, Nargis is situated against the Sourne mountains to the north, bordering Rumburg, and the Cavendir mountain to the west. Its western expanse is characterized by hilly terrain interspersed with mountains, posing a significant challenge to infrastructure development and traversal. The region's eastern boundary graces the Markian Sea through the Gulf of Nargis, forming a scenic coastline adorned by bays and cliff lines.
