Mikail Aven
Mikail Aven is a Sordish businessman, economist and statesman who serves as the co-chairman of the National Business Council of Sordland.
Born in Lenkurg, Agnland, to an Agno-Sordish family, Aven studied Economics in the Lachaven Business School before starting his work at Gasom. In the 1930βs, he worked as a financial advisor and later as a project director at the corporation.
In 1940, Aven started working at the Sordland office of the OMEC, where he contributed extensively to Agnlandβs economic planning. He gained nationwide reputation for his work in the city of Arvory throughout the 1940βs, which helped the city go through an economic boom.
Aven was later transferred to OMECβs Agnolia headquarters, where he oversaw the economic guidance of small Agnolian fishing settlements to transform into major economic centers. He gained international fame for his advice which lifted Gilberdam from poverty, and was given the Medal for Meritorious Service by the Agnolian government.
In 1949, Aven returned to Sordland by invitation from the Ministry of Economy and started his work for the government as an economist. In 1950, he was appointed as the co-chairman of the National Business Council.
