Ishval Ersen
Ishval Ersen is a distinguished Bludish lawyer and civil rights activist who's based in Deyr, Sordland. Born in 1909 in Uziren, Ersen completed his legal education at Deyr University of Culture in 1932 and has since dedicated his career to addressing civil rights issues in Bergia and wider Sordland, advocating for the Bludish community. Throughout his career, he has been unyielding in the face of adversity, including an eviction from his home under dubious charges of 'threatening public stability and safety.' Beyond his courtroom work, Ersen has engaged in political and social debates. Notably, he has critiqued certain government policies like the controversial Resettlement Order, voicing concerns over potential infringement on the rights of the Bludish people. Ersen has also questioned the coherence of Sordland's Constitution, suggesting a possible conflict between Articles 6 and 7 and the rights defined in Article 100. The case he filed against Governor Bron rocketed him to nationwide fame.
