Heron Garaci is a jurist and politician, who is currently serving as a justice of the Supreme Court. He also served as the Minister of Justice and Law from 1945 to 1949.

Before his political career, Heron studied Law at the Imperial Markian University and later pursued a military career. As part of the King’s Army, he held the rank of lieutenant until the dissolution of monarchy in 1923. Due to his marriage with the sister of General Luderin, he was implicated in the military coup of 1927 and the Sordish Civil War, but investigations were dropped during Tarquin Soll’s term as president. He joined the USP and became a member of the assembly in 1929.

He was a strong supporter of Tarquin Soll and the establishment, and became one of the leading members of the USP. He previously served as the Speaker of the Assembly, and an advisor to President Tarquin Soll. In 1945, he was appointed as the Minister of Justice and Law by the president. After Tarquin Soll’s resignation in 1949, Ewald Alphonso tried to isolate him within the party. In the same year, he was appointed as a justice to the Supreme Court.

He became infamous for his obstructionist methods against President Ewald Alphonso and his policies.
