Fort Ales
1min
The capital of what is now known as the Pales Administrative District, Fort Ales has a storied past rooted in the geopolitical shifts of the region. Originally established as a military outpost during Rizia's early control of the Pales peninsula, it played a key role in regional defenses.
After its annexation by the Empire of Valgos in the 1700s, Fort Ales transformed into a center of commerce and trade, adapting to its new administration. Its architecture reflects this period, with a blend of Rizian fortifications and Valgslandian colonial designs. Following the revolution in Valgsland and the subsequent reclamation of the region by Rizia, Fort Ales underwent a revival, with many of its historic structures restored.
