The Battle of Dome was a major engagement between the Kingdom of Rumburg and the Republic of Agnolia, fought during the opening phase of the War of Broken Wills after escalating territorial disputes. Conducted under the regency of Duke Eadric Wulfsbury, the operation focused on the industrial city of Dome and its surrounding oilfields.

The 3rd Reserve Army served as the principal Rumburgian central formation and became embroiled in a prolonged winter urban campaign that lasted several months. An attempted encirclement maneuver, known as the Iron Ring, failed when Agnolian forces reinforced their flanks. This redeployment, however, left the city center comparatively weakened. Rumburgian units then concentrated their assault on the central districts, broke organized resistance, and secured Dome.

Following the battle, the 3rd Reserve Army was redesignated as the 3rd Royal Guards Army.
