anton rayne is the fourth president of the republic of sordland anton rayne was born in 1908 in the kingdom of sordland after his studies, he served as a lance leader at the border outpost of gumren during the wehlen civil war period when his mandatory military service ended, anton joined the usp party in 1931 and worked as an assistant he brought his close friend petr vectern to the party as a helping hand anton rayne rose through the party ranks to become the youngest member of the assembly of the republic in 1934 rayne's personal life saw joyful moments with the birth of his first son franc in 1938 and his daughter deana in 1946 these familial developments coincided with a period of internal strife within the usp, during which rayne and vectern became the face of a new reformist faction he challenged the party leader ewald alphonso in 1953, won the 2nd usp congress, and became the party's leader he ran as a presidential candidate with petr vectern as his vice president and won the 1953 elections
